Orane was a character in Highlander: The Animated Series. She appeared in the episode of the same name.

She was the Jettator of oceanography and ruled over an underwater city where she learned to communicate with marine life. Learning that Quentin MacLeod was in the city, Kortan attacked by dropping tanks on it like bombs, hoping to rid himself of both enemies at once. They were able to detach the city from its moorings and drift to safety, however.
Orane's Quickening was somewhat unusual in that it caused no damage at all to the surrounding area, which was highly convenient as they were in an underwater settlement.
