Synopsis[]

Nicholas Ward has covered his murderous tracks throughout his history by capitalizing on whatever superstitions were in play. In the 1840s,  Ward murdered several men in Paris but arranged the evidence so people could be persuaded that the string of deaths was the work of vampires. He killed, as always, for profit money.

In 1994, Ward is back in Paris, and is once again targeting rich young women -- and once again escaping detection. But Duncan (Adrian Paul) exposes the latest version of this serial killer and intends to stop Ward before he can kill again.
